The Claxson Group Sponsor Basingstoke Rugby Under 11′s

The Claxson Group is sponsoring the Basingstoke Rugby Football Club – Under 11′s, for this next season. This is part of the Groups ongoing commitment to invest into the communities where we work. Continued support has allowed the club to now run 15 mini teams and has 300 members with coaching at all the 11 age groups provided by volunteers. Basingstoke are one of the few Hampshire clubs to receive the RFU coaching seal of approval for best practise coaching standards. The set-up has achieved success on a local and national level.

The Claxson Group Support Local Pre-School

The Claxson Group has continued to support a local pre-school in Dorking which is close to the main office location. During the last 18 months the group has assisted the pre-school in using its printing and fulfillment business, DPDirect Ltd, to provide printed material for the pre-school such as prospectuses and information leaflets.

St Marys Pre-school (www.southholmwoodpreschool.org.uk) has seen a ongoing improvement in take up during the last 18 months and has undergone a building and facilities refit. The group will continue to support the pre-school over the next year and is currently providing ICT equipment though its company Comtec Enterprises Ltd.

Latitude ISO 9001

The Claxson Group has ensured that its ICT company LatitudeUk has retained its ISO 9001 certification for 2009, this is an ongoing commitment for the group which is currently working on gaining 9001 for the other group companies as well as 27001 and 14001.
